Because our products and events are time-sensitive and often made to order, our refund and return policies vary slightly by type of purchase. Please read below for details.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h3><b>Event Tickets &amp; Workshops<\/b><\/h3>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We understand that plans change. If you\u2019ve purchased a ticket for a Carnation Farms event (e.g., Farm Dinner, Workshop, or Seasonal Market):<\/span><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for a full refund.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For cancellations made <\/span><b>within 7 days<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, we will do our best to issue a full refund, but we are unable to guarantee a refund.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>No-shows are not eligible for a refund.<\/b><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To cancel or modify your reservation, please email <\/span><b>info@carnationfarms.org<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> as soon as possible.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h3><b>Farm Box Subscriptions (CSA)<\/b><\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CSA subscriptions are non-refundable once the first pickup or delivery has occurred.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you need to cancel your subscription <\/span><b>prior to the first delivery<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, please contact <b>info@carnationfarms.org<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Missed pick-ups can be rescheduled with notice, and you may send someone else in your place to collect your box.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3><b>Meat Shares<\/b><\/h3>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our lamb and beef shares are harvested and processed with care and intention.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All meat share sales are <\/span><b>final<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> once payment is received.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you are unable to collect your share during the designated pick-up window, please contact <b>info@carnationfarms.org<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0to make alternate arrangements.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We do not offer returns or exchanges for these products due to health and safety regulations.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3><b>Farmstand &amp; Online Store<\/b><\/h3>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Because many of our goods are perishable or artisan-crafted in limited quantities:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Perishable items<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (e.g., produce, eggs, dairy, frozen goods) are not eligible for return.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Non-perishable items<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (e.g., fiber products, merch) may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase if unused and in original condition.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please email <b>info@carnationfarms.org<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0for assistance with any order issues.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h3><b>Canceled Events<\/b><\/h3>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the rare case that Carnation Farms must cancel an event or market due to weather or unforeseen circumstances:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guests will be offered a <\/span><b>full refund<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or the option to transfer to a future date if available.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will notify ticket holders via email and post updates on our website and social media.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3><b>Questions?<\/b><\/h3>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please don\u2019t hesitate to reach out:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><b>info@carnationfarms.org<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">425-844-3100<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We\u2019re here to help.<\/span><\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Carnation Farms is a working farm, educational center, and event venue focused on delivering high-quality, seasonal experiences and goods.
